The price for this configuration starts around 80.83 Lakh, which seemed reasonable for the Ghaziabad market. The area has seen some development, and being a ready-to-move property is a plus for potential rental income. The proximity to NH 24 and the bus station is good for connectivity. While the project offea children's play area and a swimming pool, the overall maintenance of common areas needs to be watched. The developer, Ansal Housing, has a long history, but I need to see how they manage upkeep in the long run. The main roads leading into the community could also be better maintained, sometimes dusty.

We purchased a 3 BHK villa, which is 1350 square feet, giving the kids their own space. The location is excellent, with the school practically next door, and Manipal Hospital also just minutes away. NH 24 is also very close, which is convenient for weekend trips. The swimming pool and children's play area are definite draws for the family. The price was about 1.04 Crore for the 3 BHK, which felt a bit high, but the convenience and amenities justified it. The construction quality looks solid. Security is also good with the 24x7 surveillance.
