That proximity is a lifesaver for us with two young kids. Manipal Hospital is also just a stone's throw away, which gives us peace of mind. The builder floor setup in Shastri Nagar offea good living space. We are still exploring all the nearby areas, but the initial feel is positive. The main challenge is the traffic congestion on roads leading to NH 24 during peak hou, which can make commuting longer than expected. However, the convenience for school makes up for it.
