The location is convenient, close to schools and hospitals like Manipal Hospitals Jayanagar. We appreciated the landscaping and tree planting, making the surroundings pleasant. The building has a swimming pool and a gymnasium, which we plan to use regularly. The developer, Ansal Buildwell Limited, has been around for a while. The ready to move aspect was a big factor for us. The fire fighting system is also a good safety feature.
