The Children's Play Area is great for when our niece visits. Annciya Estates has included essential amenities like 24x7 Water Supply and Electrification. The location in Kolar, Koramangala 1st Block is quieter than our previous rental. The only downside we've noticed is that the roads around the project can be dusty, especially during construction phases nearby. It’s something Annciya Estates might need to address.
