    We were looking for a peaceful place to settle down after retirement. Annai Aahana seemed like a good option. The 3 BHK flats are available in sizes up to 1420 square feet, offering plenty of space. The property is located in Maraimalai Nagar, off GST Road. We liked the idea of having a swimming pool and a tennis court on site. It's nice to have amenities within the community. The construction was completed in 2013, so it's a well-established project. The price range for these flats is around 22 Lakh. My only reservation is the lack of readily available OC, which makes us a bit hesitant for the final paperwork.

    This is my fit property purchase, and I chose Annai Aahana. I was looking for a 2 BHK and found one here that is 590 square feet. The price was in my range, around 17 Lakh. The project is located on GST Road, Maraimalai Nagar, which is developing nicely. I visited the site and saw the children's play area and the jogging track, which seemed decent. Since it's ready to move, I could see the actual flat. The builder, Annai BuildeReal Estate PVT Ltd, seems to have completed this project a while ago, back in 2013. I am still waiting for the OC details though. The nearby school is also a good sign for future value.
