After retiring, I wanted a comfortable and secure place. Ankur Sukriti seemed like a good fit. I chose a 3 BHK which is 2080 square feet, quite a generous size. The project is ready to move, so I could settle in quickly. The amenities like the swimming pool and the gazebo are excellent for relaxation. I also appreciate the 24x7 water supply and security, which are essential. The proximity to HLG Memorial Hospital at nearby is very reassuring. My only minor gripe is that the construction dust can sometimes be noticeable, but it's manageable.

I picked Ankur Sukriti for my parents back in India. The 1908 square feet 3 BHK apartment size seemed good. It is ready to move in which made the process easier from abroad. The location in Ushagram, Asansol is convenient for them, close to the GT Road and the Delhi-Kolkata Highway. I was also happy to see they have 24x7 security and CCTV surveillance, which gives me peace of mind. The hospital is also very close, practically at nearby, which is important for elderly parents. Hopefully, the amenities like the waiting lounge and gazebo will be useful for them.

As a single woman, safety and convenience were my top priorities when looking for a place in Asansol. Ankur Sukriti offered a secure environment with 24x7 security and CCTV surveillance. I opted for a 3 BHK apartment, 2080 square feet, which provides ample space. The price was around 85 Lakh, which felt reasonable for the amenities. The location is excellent, being right on Grand Trunk Road and very close to the highway. Having a gymnasium and a swimming pool within the complex means I don't have to travel far for my fitness routine. The intercom system also adds to the convenience.

We purchased a 4 BHK apartment, which is 2632 square feet, offering plenty of room for our children. The project is ready to move, which was a huge relief. The amenities like the kids' play area, swimming pool, and the landscaping are fantastic for families. The 24x7 water supply is also a big plus. The only issue we've found is that the parking can be a bit tight if you have multiple vehicles, especially with the larger apartment sizes.

My only reservation is the completion status and OC received not being readily available, which adds a slight layer of uncertainty.
