We are looking to upgrade from our rented place and Anjani Solaris Plus caught our eye. The 3 BHK configurations offer good space, ranging from 1501 to 1653 square feet, which is a significant improvement for us. The Bhayli location is good, and it's very convenient being close to BAPS Shastriji Maharaj Hospital. We like the plan for a swimming pool and a club house for leisure. The developer, Anjani Develope, seems reliable. However, the parking situation appeaa bit cramped in the plans. We have two ca, and ensuring adequate and easy parking for residents will be key. We're hoping they have enough dedicated spots.

One point of concern is the access road; you have to go through Vasna - Bhayli Main Road, which is already busy. I hope they have plans to manage the increased traffic flow once the complex is fully occupied. Overall, it looks like a solid investment opportunity.

We checked out Anjani Solaris Plus last weekend. The 3 BHK apartments are quite spacious, with the ones we saw around 1501 to 1653 square feet super builtup area. It's still under construction, expected completion is December 2026. The location in Bhayli is developing well. We liked the idea of a gym and swimming pool for unwinding after work. My partner was also impressed with the landscaping and tree planting planned. The main concern is the traffic on Vasna - Bhayli Main Road during peak houIt might get a bit noisy with the project being so close to the main road. We need to think about that.
