Public School nearby was a bonus, though we don't have kids yet. The construction quality looks decent, and it’s ready to move in which is perfect for our busy schedules. We liked the idea of solar lighting and rain water harvesting. The 24x7 CCTV surveillance provides a sense of security. The main concern for us is the limited visitor parking and the valet parking, which can be a hassle sometimes if we have guests. It’s a decent place to start.
