    We moved into Anirudh Indira Garden a couple of yeaafter it was ready in 2016. The 2 BHK apartment we chose has a super built-up area of 950 sq.ft, which is a good size for my wife and me. The location in Perungalathur is quieter than the main city, which we appreciate. It is close to the Sri. S. Badalchand Sugankavur Chordia Vivekananda Vidyalaya Tambaram Corporation school, about a 6-minute drive. The price was in the upper half of their stated budget, around 33 Lakh. My only minor complaint is that sometimes the roads around the project can get dusty, especially in dry weather. Otherwise, it's a peaceful place.
