Finding a decent apartment that was ready to move was my priority. Anil Nibas in Garfa, Bapuji Nagar, offered a 627 square feet 2 BHK configuration that suited my needs. The price point of 20.06 Lakh was quite reasonable for Kolkata. It's convenient that South Point High School is located nearby, even though I don't have kids yet, it adds to the neighborhood's appeal. The developer, Arun Chandra Bala, completed this project by May 2020. While the apartment is good, the electrical meter room area could be a bit cleaner. However, overall, the 24X7 water supply and power backup are definite pluses.
