The Ognaj location offegood potential for appreciation, given its proximity to major highways like the Sardar Patel Ring Road and Sarkhej-Gandhinagar Highway. Biyola Infracon has completed this project, ready for possession since December 2021. The earthquake-resistant structure is a standard but important feature. While the immediate surroundings might still be developing, the connectivity is strong. Rental demand in this part of Ahmedabad is picking up, making it a decent bet for rental income. Minimal maintenance is expected due to the ready-to-move status.
