Moving to Chennai for work at Rainbow Children's Hospital, which is conveniently nearby. Anika Enclave seemed like a good option. The 3 BHK flat is quite spacious at 1688 Sq.ft built up. I liked that it's ready to move in, which simplifies the relocation process. The price point of 1.6 Crore onwards is a bit high for me, but the location and the size of the flat are justifying it for now. I'm also concerned about the traffic in Saidapet during peak hou, as it could make my commute longer than expected. The landscaping and tree planting is a nice touch, making the complex feel a bit greener. Hopefully, the 24x7 water supply is reliable.

I chose Anika Enclave mainly for its proximity to Little Mount Metro Station, which is nearby, making my daily commute much easier. The 3 BHK flat is larger than what I actually need, but the 1688 Sq.ft built up area offeflexibility for a home office. Thirumurugan Homes has provided solid waste management and disposal, which is good. The price started from 1.6 Crore. My main concern is the lack of official information on OC received; it makes me a little uneasy. However, the 24x7 CCTV surveillance provides some comfort regarding security. The children's play area is a nice amenity, although I don't have kids myself. It's a ready to move property, which was a big plus.

My partner and I were looking for a spacious home in Chennai, and Anika Enclave offered a 1688 Sq.ft built up 3 BHK. The location in Rangaraja Puram, Saidapet is decent, though not as central as we'd ideally liked. Tidal Park is nearby, which is manageable. The price starts at 1.6 Crore, which is on the higher side for us, but it’s a ready to move project. We liked the idea of solar energy being part of the electrification. One thing that bothered us during our visit was the dust from ongoing construction nearby, but we are hoping that will settle down. The fire fighting system and rainwater harvesting are good additions for safety and sustainability.

It's a ready to move property, so we could shift in immediately after completion in January 2024. The price of 1.6 Crore onwards was within our reach after selling our old property. We appreciated the vastu planning mentioned. A slight downside is the car parking situation; it can be a bit challenging to navigate if you have a larger vehicle. The location is generally good with Unity Public School and Rainbow Children's Hospital nearby at nearby. Thirumurugan Homes seems to have a decent track record.

The main reason for choosing this place was its proximity to schools like Unity Public School, nearby, and also Guindy National Park which is nearby. Being ready to move was also a major factor for us. The price of 1.6 Crore onwards fit our budget. Thirumurugan Homes has included a children's play area, which is great for our kids. The lift access is smooth, and the 24x7 water supply is a relief. We did notice that the street lighting could be a bit brighter in some areas. Overall, it's a good place for families, especially with Anna Univeity also being close by at nearby.
