The construction quality from Appaswamy Real Estate has held up well over the yeaIt's a ready to move in property, which was convenient. The children's play area is nice for the grandchildren when they visit. The location in Saidapet, Appavu Nagar is decent, close enough to main roads but still relatively peaceful. Power backup is also a good feature to have, especially during the monsoon season. The community hall has been useful for family functions. Overall, it has been a good decision.
