The proximity to Dharam Marg and Souther Peripheral road, both nearby, is excellent for commuting. The budget was between 2.7 Cr and 3.2 Cr, and we managed to get a good deal within that range. My only slight worry is the dust from ongoing construction in the wider area, but hopefully, that will settle down.
