We were looking for a plot in Gurgaon and found Anand Niketan by NS Arcus. The location in Sector 2 Sohna seemed promising. We looked at the 134 Sq.yd. Plot option. It’s good that the GD Goenka World School is only nearby, which is very convenient for the kids. The developer mentioned a completion date of December 2024, which is still some time off but we are okay with that. The price range for these plots is between 1.74 Cr and 2.2 Cr. One thing that concerns me a little is the road access to the project. It seems to be a bit narrow and dusty currently, hopefully, NS Arcus will improve this before we move in. The children's play area looks decent from the brochure.

The price for these plots starts around 1.74 Cr. While the project is ready to move, the official completion is still December 2024. The location in Sector 2 Sohna, Gurgaon is developing nicely. The only minor worry is the distance to the metro station, which is over nearby. However, Vishwas Hospital is just nearby, which is reassuring. Landscaping looks good.
