It’s good that the GD Goenka World School is only nearby, which is very convenient for the kids. The developer mentioned a completion date of December 2024, which is still some time off but we are okay with that. The price range for these plots is between 1.74 Cr and 2.2 Cr. One thing that concerns me a little is the road access to the project. It seems to be a bit narrow and dusty currently, hopefully, NS Arcus will improve this before we move in. The children's play area looks decent from the brochure.
