Amrutha Constructions has a few projects, which gives some confidence. The project offeamenities like a swimming pool and gymnasium. While prices weren't listed, the proximity to Raidurg Metro Station (10 mins) is a plus for future tenants. It seems like a decent bet for long-term appreciation given the area's growth potential.
