The location in Shirdi Sai Nagar, Manikonda, West Hyderabad is developing. I checked the built-up areas; the 2 BHK is 975 Sq.ft and the 3 BHK ranges from 1505 to 1600 Sq.ft. Amrutha Constructions has a few projects, which gives some confidence. The project offeamenities like a swimming pool and gymnasium. While prices weren't listed, the proximity to Raidurg Metro Station (10 mins) is a plus for future tenants. It seems like a decent bet for long-term appreciation given the area's growth potential.
