The 2 BHK flat we looked at had a carpet area of 618 square feet, which felt spacious enough. The location in Bhusari Colony, Kothrud, is relatively peaceful compared to the main Paud Road. Runwal Realty has included essential amenities such as internal roads and footpaths, and recreation facilities, which are nice additions. My only minor reservation is the distance to Cloudnine Hospital on SB Road, which is a bit further than ideal for us. Still, the proximity to Kothrud's conveniences is a significant advantage.
