The location is excellent, with Delhi Public School Ruby Park Senior School nearby, making the school run very easy for our child. We also like that it’s near Hemanta Mukhopadhyay Metro Station, providing good public transport options. The flat is ready to move in, which was a huge plus. Amrapali Hirise Pvt. Ltd. Has delivered a project that seems well-built. The area around the project is developing nicely. We are happy with our decision to upgrade.

As I live abroad, finding a good, ready-to-move property for my parents in Kolkata was challenging. Amrapali Point seemed like a solid choice. Its location in Bosepukur, Kasba, is quite accessible, and it’s not too far from major areas like EM Bypass. The main reason I chose this project was the convenience for my parents; they can easily reach Narayana Hospital – RN Tagore Hospital, which is just under nearby. I was impressed that Amrapali Hirise Pvt. Ltd. Has completed this project and it's ready for occupancy. The connectivity to Hemanta Mukhopadhyay Metro Station is also a benefit for them. I hope the maintenance is also good.

After retiring, I wanted a peaceful place in Kolkata. Amrapali Point in Kasba offered a good option. The location near Rashbehari Avenue, nearby, provides good connectivity. It’s also not too far from Hemanta Mukhopadhyay Metro Station, which is convenient for occasional travel. The flat itself is ready to move, which was a priority for me. I appreciate that the builder, Amrapali Hirise Pvt. Ltd., has delivered a finished product. The only minor issue is that the general surroundings can be a bit dusty during construction periods in nearby areas, but it’s generally quiet inside the complex. It feels like a safe and secure environment.

We purchased a flat in Amrapali Point for its strategic location in Kasba. Being close to EM Bypass (1.11 km) is fantastic for business travel and logistics. The project by Amrapali Hirise Pvt. Ltd. Is ready to move, which saved us a lot of hassle. We found the connectivity to Rashbehari Avenue also very useful for reaching different parts of the city quickly. My only slight concern is the parking situation; it seems a bit tight if you have multiple vehicles, which is common for businesses. However, the overall infrastructure and accessibility are good. The proximity to key roads is a major advantage for our daily operations.

We were looking for a place close to Delhi Public School Ruby Park, and Amrapali Point is just a short walk away, which is super convenient. Getting the kids to school on time is much easier now. The EM Bypass is also quite close, about a 5-minute drive, making commutes manageable. We really liked the layout of our flat; it feels spacious enough for our family. The builder, Amrapali Hirise Pvt. Ltd., seems to have a decent track record. We did notice that the roads around Kasba can get a bit congested during peak hou, but overall, it's a good neighbourhood for families. The proximity to other amenities is a big plus.
