    My partner and I were looking for a modern flat in a developing area of Kolkata. Amrapali Lal Mohan offered a 2 BHK unit of 1138 sq.ft. For approximately 65 Lakh. The ready to move facility was ideal as we are both working professionals with busy schedules. The location near Rashbehari Avenue (1.3 km) and the Eastern Metropolitan Bypass (2.65 km) offegood connectivity for our commutes. One thing we noticed during our visit was that construction dust from nearby sites can be an issue at times, but we are hoping that will settle down soon. The overall value proposition is quite good.
