Just moved into Amoha Properties Phase I and it's quite convenient for my new hospital posting. The Shanthi Medical Foundation Hospital is literally a minute away, which is fantastic for emergency calls. St. Mary's Convent school is also very close, just 2 minutes, perfect if I had kids. The 24/7 water supply is a big plus, no worries there. Being ready to move in was a huge relief as I didn't have time for construction delays. Power backup is also installed, which is essential. The location near National Highway 209 and Sathyamangalam Road makes commuting easy. Overall, a practical choice for a medical professional.
