For around 32 Lakh. The developer, Amerispace Private Limited, has laid out 40 and 30 feet black top roads, which is good quality. The landscaping and tree planting are already making the place look attractive. Rainwater harvesting and sewage treatment plant are important environmental features. The boundary wall and grand arch entry give a secure feeling. The only drawback is the price, which felt slightly higher than expected for plots in this area, but the amenities compensate for it.
