Ambey Independent Flooin Vasundhara, Ghaziabad, offered us a 3 BHK builder floor of 1500 square feet, which is a significant step up from our rental. The area is quite good, with the school right next door and the hospital nearby. We paid about 1.35 Cr for this. The 24x7 water supply is a basic but very welcome feature. The only minor issue we noticed is that the construction dust can be a bit much at times, but that's common in developing areas. We are happy with the space and location.
