Moving to a gated community was my top priority this year. I selected Amaravati Township because the 24x7 CCTV surveillance and the overall security setup made me feel very safe. The plot sizes are flexible, and I opted for the 125 Sq.yd option. Being located near the Tenali-Mangalagiri Road, I find it easy to reach my office without much hassle. The area is very quiet, which I love, though I wish there were more grocery stores within walking distance right now. The primary school being built inside the campus is a great addition for the future. Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority has done a decent job keeping the common areas clean and well lit.

My only gripe is that the price point for the larger plots is quite high, but given the infrastructure being built, it feels justified. The proximity to Mangalagiri railway station makes commuting simple for my staff as well. Overall, it is a professional project.

The amenities like rain water harvesting and solar energy are definitely a plus for sustainability. It is a solid financial decision, provided you are looking for a long horizon investment.

Amaravati Township offea lot of open space and greenery which is exactly what I was searching for. The storm water drains and sewage treatment plant indicate that the Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority has thought through the basic infrastructure carefully. I spend my mornings walking on the internal roads, which are quite wide and safe. It is quite close to Nirmala E. M High school, so the area is very family friendly. My only concern is that for an older peon, the current lack of nearby public transport options is a bit of a challenge if you do not drive.
