We finalized Amar Palace in Horamavu after looking at a few options. The 2 BHK flats are 1100 square feet which felt quite spacious for our family. Being ready to move in was a big advantage. The Vastu compliance was important to my husband. Access to schools and hospitals nearby is also convenient for us. The only thing is the traffic on the Outer Ring Road can get quite heavy during peak hou, which is a bit of a concern for my daily commute. But overall, the amenities like the swimming pool and children's play area make up for it. The paved compound looks neat.

I purchased a 2 BHK apartment in Amar Palace for my parents. The 1100 square feet size is comfortable for them. Horamavu is a well-connected area, close to the Outer Ring Road and New Airport Road, which makes visits easier. My parents are happy with the Vastu compliance and the landscaping. The children's play area is a bonus for visiting grandchildren. The ready-to-move-in status was crucial for me. My main concern was the distance to Elements Mall, which is nearby, but my parents don't shop there often. The availability of a swimming pool and reliable power backup were key factoin my decision.

I invested in a 2 BHK at Amar Palace. The 1100 square feet area is a good size for rental purposes. Horamavu is a decent location with good connectivity to the Outer Ring Road and New Airport Road. The project is ready to move in, which is great for immediate rental income. I appreciate the landscaping and tree planting, it adds a nice touch. The Olympic size swimming pool is a good amenity for attracting tenants. I did notice some dust from ongoing construction in the vicinity, but that's common in developing areas. While the project is ready to move in, the lack of specific completion details and OC received is something I would have liked more clarity on. Nevertheless, the 24x7 water supply and lift services are functional and reliable.

We recently moved into our 2 BHK at Amar Palace. The 1100 square feet size is perfect for us. We love the spectacular view of the national park from our balcony. The location in Horamavu is great, with easy access to Benniganahalli Metro Station, although it's about 3.24 kilometeaway. Having Cloudnine Hospital also just 3.24 kilometeaway provides peace of mind. The swimming pool and children's play area are big hits with us. One thing we are still getting used to is the parking situation; it can be a bit tight sometimes. But overall, we are happy with the space and the amenities.
