This is my very fit property purchase, and I chose Amar Kashidham Residency. I looked at the 2 BHK flat which has a super builtup area of 1011 square feet. The price starting at 18.51 Lakh was manageable for me. It’s in Karadiya, and the address is easily found off Karadiya Maheshwari Road, opposite the Maheshwari Society. Having utility shops within the complex is very convenient for daily needs. The project was completed in 2013 and is ready to move in. The 24x7 security is also a big plus for someone living alone. The only small downside is that the construction is a bit older, so some minor wear and tear is visible in common areas, but nothing major.
