Finding a home close to good schools was our top priority. Cygnus school is literally close to Balaji Villa, which is a huge relief for us. Sterling Hospitals is also very close by on Race Coue Road. We chose a 4 BHK villa from Balaji Residency because we need space for our growing family. The project is currently under construction and scheduled for completion by December 2028. The amenities like 24x7 water supply and rainwater harvesting are practical features. While the location is convenient for schools and hospitals, the traffic on Gujarat Refinery Road can be a bit heavy during peak hou, which is something we need to consider for daily commutes.
