It's close to Vaishnodevi Circle, which is convenient, but the traffic can be quite heavy during peak hougetting onto Corporate Road. The developer, Alt 53 DevelopeLLP P, is promising a December 2028 completion, which feels a bit far off but standard for under construction projects. They have a swimming pool and a sports area planned, which is nice for weekend relaxation. The price range from 55 Lakhs seems competitive for Ahmedabad right now, though we need to see the final finishes. Overall, it looks promising for our fit home purchase.
