Moving to Chennai for work, I needed a place that was well-connected and convenient. Alsa Gardens in Chetpet seemed like a good fit. The proximity to MGM Healthcare is fantastic, just a short walk away. I looked at a 3 BHK which was around 1750 square feet; the space felt adequate for my needs. The presence of a swimming pool and gymnasium is a definite plus for staying active. However, the traffic on Gillchrist Avenue during peak houcan be quite heavy, which is something I will have to adjust to. The price range is also on the higher side, but for the location and amenities, it seems justifiable for a professional like myself. I am still considering other options but this is a strong contender.

We were looking for our fit home together in Chennai and Alsa Gardens caught our eye. The location in Chetpet is great, close to the main roads like GST Road, making our commutes easier. We chose a 3 BHK unit, which is 1750 square feet, and it feels spacious enough for us plus a home office. The availability of a swimming pool and a gymnasium were big draws. It's ready to move in, which was ideal for us. The price point for the 3 BHK was around 1.75 Crore. A minor drawback is that the construction dust can still be a bit noticeable in the common areas, even though it is ready to move. Alsa Buildehas provided basic amenities like 24/7 water supply and security, which are important for us.

The location in Chetpet is familiar to them and close to Spurtank Road. My main concern is the completion status, as it is not available, and I couldn't physically visit the site myself. I am relying on the developer, Alsa Builde, to ensure quality construction. The price for the 2 BHK was around 1.2 Crore, which felt reasonable for the area. Hopefully, the handover process will be smooth.

I bought a 4 BHK in Alsa Gardens, located at Old No 72, Gillchrist Avenue, Chetpet. As a government employee, I was looking for a stable investment with good connectivity. The super built-up area is substantial at 2442 square feet, offering plenty of space. The project has essential amenities like a multipurpose room and a club house, which my family will enjoy. Being close to Maharishi Vidya Mandir Senior Secondary School is also convenient. My only real issue is the parking situation; it can get quite congested, especially with multiple vehicles. The overall budget for this size was around 2.44 Crore. Alsa Buildeseems to have a decent track record, which gave me confidence in my purchase.

This is my very fit property purchase, so I was quite nervous. I decided on Alsa Gardens in Chetpet because it’s a ready-to-move-in project. I picked a 2 BHK flat, which is 1200 square feet. It felt like a good size for a start, and the price was within my budget, around 1.2 Crore. The location is decent, not too far from the Pachaiyappas college Metro Station, about 2.7 kilometeaway. They have basic amenities like car parking and 24/7 security, which were important for my peace of mind. My main concern is the lack of information on whether OC has been received. It makes me a little uneasy as a fit-time buyer. I hope Alsa Buildecan provide clarity on this soon.
