We chose Alpha Heights primarily because of its proximity to Fusion International School, which is nearby. This makes the morning drop-off so much easier for us. We got a 2 BHK apartment with a built-up area of about 1210 square feet. It's ready to move in, and the kids are excited about the space. The project offeessential amenities like car parking and lift access, which are convenient for a family. The price was around 60 Lakhs. My only concern is the construction dust that was present during our visit, but I'm hoping that will settle down once the surrounding areas are fully developed. The power backup is a good assurance.
