The developer, Almal, has put in a lot of amenities like 24x7 security and a gymnasium. The price is substantial, 3.5 Cr to 3.85 Cr, which took a lot of saving and a loan. The location in Balewadi is good, with the bus depot nearby. The only worry is the price, it felt a bit high compared to other options we saw. However, the builder promised good quality and timely delivery by June 2026.
