I appreciate the inclusion of features like 24X7 water supply and a fire fighting system for safety. My parents are happy with the spaciousness and the senior citizen siteout area.

The price point, around 70 Lakhs, was what we could manage. The amenities are great – a swimming pool and a gymnasium are must-haves for us. The location is okay, it’s close to the highway, making commutes easier, but traffic can get a bit heavy during peak houon the main road. Alembic Real Estate has provided good landscaping too.
