    We finalized our 3 BHK at Satyam Krishna Prime last year. The size is a comfortable 1750 square feet. The proximity to Aadicura Supepeciality Hospital is a significant advantage for us. Satyam Opulent has delivered a ready-to-move property, which saved us a lot of hassle. The power backup is also a good feature to have, especially during monsoon season. However, I must mention that the parking space can feel a bit limited, especially if you have a larger vehicle or multiple cain the family. The landscaping is thoughtfully done, adding a touch of greenery. The security guards are present and seem diligent.
