Finding a home near good schools was our priority, and Alekhya Enclave is a short distance Kairos Global School. We are considering a larger 3 BHK, maybe around 1800 square feet, as we have two children. The price range of 1.13 Crore to 1.87 Crore is quite high, but the location in Rai Durga is developing fast. Alcon Buildementioned they are including a sewage treatment plant, which is important. The only concern is the ongoing construction dust and noise from nearby roads, which is typical for this area. We are hoping it calms down by the time we move in, tentatively March 2027. The proximity to Rainbow Children's Hospital is also a big plus for peace of mind.
