I opted for a 2 BHK flat, the larger 2353 sq.ft carpet area one, as I wanted ample space. The project by Alcon Buildeand Promotehas a robust list of amenities, including a sewage treatment plant and fire fighting system, which gives confidence. The internal roads are well-constructed. The only drawback I've noticed is the noise from nearby construction during the day, which can be a bit disruptive when trying to settle in.

The location is decent, close enough to places like Manipal Hospital, which is only nearby. The only minor inconvenience I've experienced is that the parking spots for closed car parking feel a bit narrow, making maneuvering larger vehicles slightly challenging. Otherwise, the project seems solid.
