Alankar Constructions Buildedelivered Alankar Imperial Block C on time. I was looking for a ready-to-move property for rental income. The 944 square feet 2 BHK is a good size for tenants. The area in Balaji Nagar, Selaiyur is developing well. I got the unit for about 59 Lakhs. The EV charging point is a forward-thinking amenity. However, the approach road to the project could be better maintained; it gets dusty during dry weather. The video door security is a good feature for safety. The price is competitive considering it’s ready to occupy.

We moved into Alankar Imperial Block C about two months ago. The 2 BHK apartment is quite spacious, the carpet area is 944 square feet which gives us enough room. Being retired, having 24x7 water supply is a major convenience. The power backup is also good, which is essential in Chennai. I also appreciate the 24x7 CCTV surveillance for security. The location in Selaiyur is decent, close enough to amenities but not too noisy. Construction quality seems solid. We had a small issue with the bathroom tap, but maintenance responded quickly. Overall, it’s a peaceful place to live.
