We bought our current home in Ruby Grand, Selaiyur, a few yeaback. We have a 3 BHK with a large carpet area, around 1350 Sq.ft. Our children attend Annai Violet Matriculation & Higher Secondary School, which is nearby, making the morning drop-offs manageable. The budget was in the high 50 Lakhs range. Having the gymnasium and community buildings within the complex is very convenient for the family. The location near Bharath Univeity is also a plus. We did find the initial pricing a bit steep compared to other projects in Tambaram, but the quality of construction by Ruby BuildeAnd Promoteseemed better. The car parking is adequate for our two vehicles.

The swimming pool is a great amenity for staying active. My only minor reservation is the dust from the ongoing construction nearby, but hopefully, that will settle down soon.
