The 3 BHK flat we chose has a carpet area of 945 square feet, which gives the kids enough space to play indooWe moved in soon after it was ready to move, around December 2020. The gated community setup provides a safe environment. We also appreciate the 24x7 water supply and the presence of lifts. The 4-minute walk to Nana Mava Chowk Bus Stop is handy for my husband's commute. The only slight downside is that the area can get dusty during peak construction periods nearby, but that's improving.

Location is the main draw, being so close to K G Dholakiya School and Sterling Hospitals is incredibly convenient. We liked the gated community aspect and the 24x7 water supply. Power backup is also a plus for us. The developer, Akshar Develpoe, seems to have finished the project well on time, back in December 2020. One thing that could be better is the parking; it's closed car parking but feels a little cramped for larger vehicles. Overall, it meets our needs.

We have 24x7 water supply and power backup, which are non-negotiable for us. The lift is essential as we live on a higher floor. The nearby Sterling Hospitals is also a good safety net. The traffic on the main road can be a bit heavy during peak hou, but it’s manageable.
