I particularly like the amenities like the community hall for gatherings and the landscaping which adds a touch of nature. Akshar Associates has a good reputation, and the project was completed by March 2019. The 24/7 water supply is a definite plus. My only minor concern is that the approach road to the project can get a bit dusty during dry weather, but once inside the complex, it's clean.
