I was looking for a ready-to-move property for investment and Ajnara Pride in Vasundhara seemed like a decent option. The prices range from 1.56 Crore to 2.24 Crore, which felt a bit high for Ghaziabad, but the area has potential. I looked at the 3 BHK flats, with super built-up areas ranging from 1660 sq.ft to 2060 sq.ft. The project was completed in 2006, which is quite old, and I couldn't find information about the OC received, which is a concern for any investment. The amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium are good, but I'm not sure if the older infrastructure will hold up. Traffic on the main roads can be quite heavy during peak hou, making daily commutes challenging. I need to do more due diligence on the maintenance charges as well.

We finally moved into our 3.5 BHK at Ajnara Pride last month. The flat size is quite generous, around 2200 sq.ft, which gives the kids plenty of space to play inside. The best part is Adhaheela Global School being nearby, making school runs incredibly easy. Le Crest Hospital is also very close at nearby. The community has a nice swimming pool and a good play area for children. My only minor issue is that the finishing inside the flat could have been a bit better, especially the paintwork. Also, finding parking space for visitocan sometimes be a struggle. Overall, the location is very convenient for families.

I bought a 2.5 BHK here at Ajnara Pride, measuring around 1410 sq.ft, as it's ready to move and the location in Vasundhara, Sector-4B is quite central. Adhaheela Global School is literally next door, which is useful even if you don't have kids, as it means good infrastructure. The project offegood security with 24x7 guards and video door security. The club house and gymnasium are decent facilities to have. However, the price feels a little steep, with the higher end touching 2.24 Crore. Also, the super built-up area for the 3.5 BHK flats goes up to 2240 sq.ft, which is very large and pushed the budget too high for me. Dust from nearby construction can be an issue sometimes.

After retirement, I wanted a peaceful place to settle down. Ajnara Pride offered a 2.5 BHK flat with a super built-up area of about 1590 sq.ft. The Vastu compliant design was a major attraction for me. The project has good amenities like a club house, gymnasium, and 24x7 security, which are essential at this stage of life. The landscaping and tree planting make the complex look green and pleasant. However, the main road access isn't the best; you have to navigate a somewhat narrow lane to get to the property. Also, the building completion was in 2006, so the overall structure feels a bit dated compared to newer projects. I'm hoping the maintenance quality remains good.

The complex also has a swimming pool and a tennis court for recreation. My only reservation is the price point, which is at the higher end, starting from 1.56 Crore. While it's ready to move in, I couldn't confirm if the OC was received, which is a standard requirement. The internet connectivity is also decent.
