The 3 BHK apartments offer built-up areas ranging from 1475 sq.ft to 1795 sq.ft, which is plenty of room. Although DS Public School is nearby, the project itself has a dedicated kid's pool and an amphitheater, which the children are excited about. The swimming pool and clubhouse are also good additions for family time. Ajnara India Ltd. Has provided ample amenities. The ready-to-move status was a huge plus for us, as we didn't want to wait. The price for a 3 BHK is around 1.33 Cr.
