I purchased a 1 BHK flat, 585 square feet built up, for around 35 lakh. It's ready to move in. The location near Motherland Hospital and The Millennium School is very convenient. The gymnasium is a great amenity for staying fit. The construction quality seems solid. The only drawback is the distance to the metro station, Sector 50 is nearby.
