I purchased a flat at Ajmera Infinity in South Bangalore. The project has been completed since 2007. I chose a 2 BHK unit, which has a built-up area of 950 square feet. The price was approximately 1.2 Crore. Being ready to move was important for me. The location in Karuna Nagar, Electronics City is decent, and it's close to the NICE Road Junction. I appreciate the 24x7 water supply and the car parking facilities. The cycling and jogging track is good for staying active. However, the area can get quite dusty due to the ongoing development around Electronic City. Also, the 2007 completion date means it's an older property, so I’m keeping an eye on maintenance.
