I was looking for a stable property and Ajmera Annex caught my eye. It's a ready to move project completed in September 2023. The prices are within a reasonable range, around 58 Lakh for a 2 BHK. The carpet area for the 2 BHK is about 780 Sq.ft, which is decent. The location in Electronic City Phase I is good, with easy access to Hosur Road. They have good amenities like a swimming pool and a clubhouse. Power backup is also a crucial feature for me, and they have that. The building looks well constructed. I feel this is a solid purchase for my family's future. The proximity to Bommasandra Metro Station, nearby, is also a plus point for future travel.

It's a ready to move property, which meant I could see the actual flat and not just blueprints. The builder, Ajmera Group, seems to have a good reputation. The location in Electronic City is good for my IT job. I really liked the yoga and meditation area, and the landscaping looks very peaceful. The main issue for me is the parking. It seems a bit tight, and I'm not sure if it will be sufficient long term, especially if we get a second car.

The only slight concern is the distance to the metro station, Bommasandra Metro Station is nearby, but they have a car so it should be fine.
