As a government employee, I look for reliable buildeand good value. Aisshwarya Bliss by Aisshwarya Group seemed like a solid choice. It is ready to move in, which saved me a lot of hassle. The location in JP Nagar, 1st Phase, is quite decent and offegood connectivity. I specifically liked the inclusion of rain water harvesting and the landscaping and tree planting efforts. The gymnasium is also a good facility to have. While the overall project is good, I found the pricing slightly on the higher side compared to other options I explored in similar locations. However, the amenities and the ready-to-move aspect justify it to some extent. The lift service is efficient.

I've just moved into Aisshwarya Bliss and am quite happy so far. As a single woman, safety and convenience are key. The location in JP Nagar, 1st Phase, is good, and it's close to the Banashankari Metro Station (1.2 km), which is perfect for my commute. The building has lifts and power backup, which are essential. I also appreciate the Vastu compliant design. The gym is a nice bonus. My only minor concern is the dust from ongoing construction on nearby plots, but I'm told it's temporary. The Aisshwarya Group seems to have focused on practical amenities for residents.

I purchased a flat in Aisshwarya Bliss for my parents who live in Bangalore. The main reason was the ready-to-move-in status and the decent location in JP Nagar, 1st Phase. It’s close to Banashankari Metro Station (1.2 km), making it accessible for them to travel. The Aisshwarya Group seems reliable. Having a gymnasium and power backup is important for their comfort. I also liked the inclusion of rain water harvesting. My parents mentioned that the parking area can be a bit tight, especially if many residents bring multiple vehicles, but they are managing. Overall, I feel confident they will be comfortable here.

We selected Aisshwarya Bliss because it is conveniently located near Frank Public School, which is nearby. My children can get to school easily. The project is ready to move, which was a big factor for us. We looked at the Vastu compliance and the availability of lifts. The landscaping and tree planting make the complex look very green and serene. My husband also likes the idea of having a gymnasium on-site. One small issue we've noticed is that during certain times of the day, there can be some noise from the nearby main road, but it's not constant. The power backup is a great feature to have.

This is my fit time buying a home, and I chose Aisshwarya Bliss. I liked that it's ready to move, so I didn't have to wait for construction. The location in JP Nagar, 1st Phase, felt safe and well-connected. It's not too far from the main roads. They have a gymnasium which is great for staying fit. I also appreciate the Vastu compliant design. The only thing I found a bit concerning is that the road leading to the building can get a little busy during peak hou, which might be an issue for daily commute. However, the presence of lifts and power backup makes up for it. The landscaping is also quite pleasant.

I'm hoping the property value appreciates in the coming yeaThe landscaping and tree planting look nice too, it adds to the aesthetic appeal. Power backup is also a necessary amenity in Bangalore. Overall, I think it's a sound investment decision.
