The 1 BHK flat is about 408 square feet carpet area, which is enough for us right now. We got it for around 34 Lakhs, which was within our budget. The project is ready to move, so we could shift in immediately after booking. Parking is available, both closed and open, which is good. The only slight issue is the traffic on the Old Mumbai-Pune Highway during peak hou, but that's common in Pune. Overall, it's a decent starter home for us.
