I bought a 2 BHK unit here, the larger 713 sq.ft one. It's a ready-to-move-in property, which was important for my immediate needs. The project is located in Vadgaon Budruk on Sinhagad Road, an area that's developing well. I was impressed by the solid waste management system and the provision for rainwater harvesting, showing Aishwarya Developeare thinking about sustainability. The price of 1.5 Cr for this size and location felt a bit high initially, but the quality seems decent. Parking is closed car parking, which is good.

Dnyanganga College Of Education & English Medium School is nearby, making school runs very easy. We also appreciate the 24x7 water supply and the fire fighting system, which gives us peace of mind. The recreation facilities are great for the kids. The price range of 98.0 L was manageable for us. Aishwarya Developeseem to have put thought into these aspects. The Nal Stop Metro Station being nearby is also a plus for future travel.

We liked the inclusion of amenities like garbage disposal and landscaping which makes the complex feel well-maintained. The water supply has been consistent so far, which is crucial. My only minor issue is that the roads leading to the project can get a bit congested during peak hou, but that's typical for Pune. Overall, it's a peaceful place for retired life.
