Devarakonda Vijaya Kumar has kept the design simple and functional for families. The project is under construction, and we are eagerly waiting for April 2027. My only minor concern is that the main road traffic near the location can get quite busy during peak houOtherwise, it seems like a solid neighborhood for us to settle down with the children comfortably.
