We moved into our 3 BHK builder floor at Ahuja Builde2 about two months ago. The built-up area is quite generous, around 1840 sq.ft, which gives us plenty of space. It's located in Palam Vihar Extension, Gurgaon, and the connectivity to Dwarka Expressway and NH-8 is a big plus for our commutes. We really appreciate the 24x7 security and the gated community feel. The internal roads are well-laid out too. Our only slight issue is that the road leading to the project can get a bit dusty during peak construction houin the neighborhood, but it's manageable. Overall, it's a comfortable living space for a young family.
