I purchased a 1 BHK in AG Dream City, which is 375 sq.ft. The price was within my budget, and it's a ready-to-move property. The location in Hari Nagar is convenient, and it's not too far from the Raiya Tele Exchange BRTS Stop, nearby, which helps with public transport. The badminton court and swimming pool are excellent facilities to have. The apartment is well-designed, and Six Twenty Realty Private Limited has maintained the common areas nicely. It feels like a good, secure place to live. The developer completed the project back in July 2015.

This is my fit property purchase and I chose AG Dream City. I liked the layout of the 2 BHK, especially the 575 sq.ft built-up area. Six Twenty Realty Private Limited has provided a good range of amenities like a basketball court and a party hall. It's a ready-to-move property, which made the process less stressful. The location on Raiya Main Road is quite accessible. The only minor issue is that there can be some dust from nearby construction sometimes, but that's expected in a developing area. Overall, it feels like a solid investment.

As a business owner, I need a home that offecomfort and convenience. AG Dream City provides just that with its excellent amenities, including a cricket pitch and a gymnasium. I opted for a 3 BHK apartment, which is quite large, ranging from 750 sq.ft up to 1150 sq.ft. The location on Raiya Main Road is strategic for reaching different parts of Rajkot. The project was completed in July 2015 and is ready to move in, which suited my busy schedule. One concern is the traffic noise sometimes, as it's on a main road. However, the overall quality of construction and the lifestyle facilities offered by Six Twenty Realty Private Limited are impressive.

Finding a home with good facilities for the kids was important. AG Dream City has a nice children's play area and also a skating rink which my son absolutely loves. We got a 3 BHK which is around 750 sq.ft, perfect for our family. It's convenient that Nirmala Convent School is nearby. The landscaping and tree planting around the complex make it pleasant to walk around. The amphitheater is a nice touch for community events. We moved in recently and are settling in well. The construction quality seems robust. It’s a good environment for families.

I wanted a peaceful place for my retirement yeaand AG Dream City seemed suitable. The landscaping is well done. I appreciate the jogging track and the gymnasium for staying active. The project is ready to move, which was a major factor for me. The area is relatively quiet compared to the main city hustle. The apartments are of decent size, with the 1 BHK being 375 sq.ft. One thing I’ve noticed is that the water pressure can be a bit low during peak hou, especially on higher flooOtherwise, it's a comfortable place to reside.

We were looking for a ready-to-move-in place and AG Dream City fit the bill. The 2 BHK we looked at was 562 sq.ft and felt quite spacious for us. It’s close to Hari Nagar and Raiya Main Road, so commuting isn't too bad. Six Twenty Realty Private Limited seems to have delivered on time, as this was completed in July 2015. The swimming pool and gymnasium are great additions for our lifestyle. My only slight worry is the parking situation; it could get a bit tight if we have guests over with caOther than that, the amenities make it a good place to live.
