We were looking for something ready to move in and AFS Twin fit the bill. The location in Vadapalani is super convenient, right off Southern Grand Trunk Road and near Arcot Road. Getting to work is easy with the Mumbai Highway also close by. We got a 2 BHK which is about 973 Sq.ft, perfect for us. The gymnasium is a nice addition for our fitness routine. The price was around 1.17 Crore, which felt reasonable for the area and the ready-to-move aspect. The construction looks solid. No major complaints so far.

I chose AFS Twin because it's a gated community and has 24x7 CCTV surveillance, which gives me peace of mind. The location on Kumaran Colony 3rd Street in Vadapalani is very central. I can easily access Arcot Road and the Vadpalani Metro Station is just a short walk away (0.71 KM). I got a 2 BHK apartment around 1050 Sq.ft for about 1.3 Crore. The terrace garden and landscaping are lovely spaces to relax. My only small concern is that the parking in the complex feels a bit cramped, especially if you have a larger vehicle.

It's quite close to major roads like Southern Grand Trunk Road and Arcot Road. The price of 1.4 Crore was within my budget. What I liked is the Vastu compliance and the landscaping. It feels peaceful. The only slight issue is that the construction dust is still around since it’s a new project and completion was January 2024. Also, the OC status is not available yet, which is a bit concerning for future resale.

However, during peak hou, the traffic on Arcot Road can be quite heavy, which is a minor inconvenience. Also, the price range of 1.17 Crore to 1.93 Crore is on the higher side for this locality.
